In a recent article from WWE.com, it talked about potential WWE reality shows. WWE has already produced three reality shows; which consists of Tough Enough, Total Divas and Legends’ House. One of the potential shows in the article is called The Real Husbands of WWE. It is considered a spin-off of Total Divas with the show revolving around both the professional and personal lives of some of the WWE Superstar husbands of the star cast members of Total Divas both past and present. For instance, the star cast members of The Real Husbands of WWE are Daniel Bryan (the husband of WWE Diva Brie Bella), Jimmy Uso (the husband of WWE Diva Naomi) and Tyson Kidd (the husband of WWE Diva Natalya). The article also mentioned that the show would feature guest appearances by WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H (the husband of WWE Diva and WWE Principal Owner Stephanie McMahon). Out of all the potential reality shows mentioned in the article, I think that WWE should actually make this one happen. In addition to the names mentioned for this show, I also think that it would be a good idea to add additional names as star cast members …
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) are two of the biggest and most successful companies in all of wrestling history. Both companies have made many superstars into household names, main eventers, icons and legends. Throughout most of the ‘90s and early ‘00s, both companies went head-to-head with each other. During this time, there were many of the two companies’ respective superstars who had jumped ship in between the two companies at one time or another. Eventually, WWE came out on top and put WCW out of business for good. Shortly after, many of WCW’s superstars ended up wrestling for WWE and some still remain a part of the company today. While WCW had managed to turn superstars like Sting, Ric Flair, Lex Luger, Booker T, Diamond Dallas Page, Goldberg, Scott Steiner, Ricky Steamboat, Vader, Ron Simmons, Jeff Jarrett and The Giant (who would later become known as Big Show in WWE) into household names, main eventers, icons and legends, there are many superstars that WCW could have done the exact same thing with, but WWE ends up doing it instead. Below is the list of superstars that WCW blew it with.
- The Undertaker – Very briefly
- All the heel commentators get removed (e.g., JBL and Byron Saxton).
- The Authority is put out of power once and for all.
- Sting vs. Triple H at WrestleMania 31
- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and The Undertaker each have a match at WrestleMania.
- “Macho Man” Randy Savage goes into the WWE Hall of Fame.
- Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella walk out of WrestleMania as WWE World Heavyweight Champion and WWE Divas Champion, respectively.
- The New Day win championships (e.g., Kofi Kingston finally wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship).
- Roman Reigns wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
- Seth Rollins cashes in his Money in the Bank Contract unsuccessfully.
- Ryback beats Rusev for the United States Championship.
- The Intercontinental and United States Championship become unified.
- NXT Superstars debut on the main roster (e.g., Charlotte, Bayley, Alexa Bliss, Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Hideo Itami, Finn Balor, Kalisto).
- CM Punk and Kelly Kelly return to WWE.
- Hulk Hogan competes in his final match that he promised.
- JoJo competes in the ring more.
- Erick Rowan wins his first major singles championship.
- Zack Ryder returns from injury and wins either the Intercontinental or United States Championship.
- Tyson Kidd apologizes for mistreating his wife Natalya and turns
Tonight on Smackdown, Kane will go one-on-one with the leader of The Shield Dean Ambrose. Will Kane be able to avenge his brother The Undertaker for what The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns) did to him last week on Smackdown? Also, WWE Tag Team Champion and one-half of Team Hell No will go one-on-one with Ryback. Also, Sheamus O’Shaunessy will face Mark Henry in an Arm-Wrestling Contest. Also, Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez will go one-on-one with Zeb Colter. Lastly, Randy Orton will go one-on-one with one-half of Team Rhodes Scholars Damien Sandow. Tune in tonight at 8/7ct on Syfy.…
Going into tomorrow night’s Raw, there are many questions on everybody’s mind. For instance, after The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns) completely decimated The Undertaker this past Friday on Smackdown, is there anybody that can stop The Shield at all? Also, after becoming the #1 contender to the WWE Divas Championship by winning a Divas Battle Royal last week on Raw, will AJ Lee beat the champ Kaitlyn when they meet for the championship? I certainly hope not because it’s bad enough that Dolph Ziggler is the current World Heavyweight Champion and with AJ as the new Divas Champion, Dolph & AJ truly would be WWE’s power couple and that’s the last thing that we want/need. Finally, WWE Champion John Cena and Ryback were scheduled to face all three members of The Shield in a 2-on-3 Handicap Match tomorrow night; however, Cena was injured during a match with Ryback at a live event during the European tour. Will Cena even be able to compete tomorrow night on Raw, let alone at the upcoming Extreme Rules pay-per-view event when he’s supposed to put his championship on the line against Ryback? Tune in tomorrow night at 8/7 ct on …

On this edition of Smackdown, there were a few superstars who had homecomings when Smackdown emanated from the United Kingdom in London, England at the O2 Arena. For instance, it was a great homecoming for London native Layla El when she defeated Aksana. Also, there were two more homecomings when two of England’s own, William Regal and Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, went one-on-one in a non-title match with Barrett coming out on top. Finally, in the main event, The Undertaker competed on Smackdown for the first time in nearly three years when he went one-on-one with Shield leader Dean Ambrose (accompanied by fellow Shield cohorts Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns). The good news is that The Undertaker beat Ambrose, the bad news is that The Shield gave Undertaker a post-match attack. In the end, The Shield drove The Undertaker threw the announcers’ table with their patented Triple-Power Bomb maneuver to end the program.…

Also, Alberto Del Rio will go one-on-one with Jack Swagger in a No Disqualifications Match. Also, Sheamus will go one-on-one with The Big Show. There will also be a match between Randy Orton and Mark Henry tonight. Finally, two of England’s own face each other tonight when William Regal goes one-on-one with Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a non-title match. Smackdown emanates from the United Kingdom in London, England at the O2 Arena tonight, tune at 8/7 ct on Syfy.…

The show began with Paul Heyman in the ring telling everybody that he was there on behalf of his client Brock Lesnar to await WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H’s response to Lesnar’s challenge to Triple H in a Steel Cage Match at the upcoming pay-per-view event, Extreme Rules. Heyman then informed the WWE Universe that he had received a text from Triple H saying that he wasn’t going to be at Raw this night due to the injuries to his arm he is recovering from and that he would give Lesnar his answer next week on Raw. However, Triple H’s music hit and out comes Triple H. Triple H then tells Heyman that the text he sent him was a lie. He then tells Heyman to tell Lesnar that he accepts his challenge at Extreme Rules and then hits Heyman with his signature move, the Pedigree. Also, Raw Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and her assistant Brad Maddox informed World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler that if Chris Jericho wins in his non-title match against Ziggler, then Jericho will be added to the World Heavyweight Championship Match at Extreme Rules between champion Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, and Jack Swagger, thus becoming …
Tonight, Raw heads to the U.K. when it takes place from London, England. Last week on Raw, Brock Lesnar challenged WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H to a Steel Cage Match at the upcoming pay-per-view event, Extreme Rules. Triple H will be at Raw tonight to respond to the challenge. We have to also wonder what condition Triple H’s recently injured arm will be in. Also, it is the one-night reunion of The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane) when Undertaker teams up with WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) to take on The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns). Also, CM Punk shocked his manager Paul Heyman, as well as the rest of world, last week on Raw when he walked out while addressing his loss to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29. Will Punk or Heyman have any explanation behind Punk’s walkout tonight? Lastly, will John Cena get payback on Ryback tonight for his recent shocking attack on Cena? All of this and much more tonight on Raw at 8/7 on USA Network.…
The show began with a rematch from this past Friday on Smackdown when Randy Orton & Sheamus faced The Big Show in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match. Despite Big Show dominating most of the match-up, Orton & Sheamus ended up coming out on top. This was the good news for Sheamus; however, the bad news was that later on in the show during an interview, Mark Henry ambushed Sheamus just like he did this past Friday on Smackdown. What exactly are Henry’s motives for these unprovoked attacks on Sheamus? Also, 3MB (Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre, & Jinder Mahal) called out The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns), but instead, they got Brock Lesnar, who came out and disposed of 3MB. After Lesnar’s manager Paul Heyman came out to calm him down, Heyman then informed WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H that Lesnar has issued a challenge to Triple H for the upcoming WWE Pay-Per-View Event, Extreme Rules. Lesnar has challenged Triple H to a Steel Cage Match. Triple H was late arriving at Raw this past Monday due to the fact that he was getting an MRI done on his injured arm. The good news is that nothing is …
Ever since Fandango pulled off possibly the biggest upset in WrestleMania history by defeating Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 29 one week ago, the rivalry between these two has only escalated. What will be next in this on-going feud? Also, everybody seems to be talking about the attack that Ryback gave WWE Champion John Cena last week on Raw. People are wondering what Ryback’s motives were. I truly believe that he has his sights set on Cena’s championship and that he was merely making a statement. Ryback proclaimed in a tweet that there was “no right [and] no wrong, no good [and] no bad.” I think this further proves my take on this whole thing. Anyway, Ryback is expected to address the situation tonight. Also, after being absent last week, CM Punk will be on Raw tonight to address his WrestleMania 29 loss to The Undertaker. Also, after cashing in his Money In the Bank contract for an opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship and becoming the champion in the process, the reality of a champion having a target on his/her back was quick to dawn on Dolph. As of last this past Friday on Smackdown, both Jack Swagger and the …

Tonight on Smackdown, WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H will be appearing for the first time since his victory over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 29 this past Sunday. Also, new World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler will be visiting Smackdown tonight. Who will step up and challenge Ziggler? Also, after The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, & Roman Reigns) looked to attack The Undertaker this past Monday on Raw, it was thwarted by WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan). Will we see any continuation between these six men tonight? Also, after scoring perhaps the biggest upset in WrestleMania history over Chris Jericho this past Sunday, Jericho responded the next night on Raw with a big-time attack. Will Fandango look for retribution tonight or will he move on to another adversary? Also, WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn will team up with The Funkadactyls (Naomi & Cameron) to take on the team of Tamina Snuka and The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie) in a 6-Diva Tag Team Match tonight. It sounds like quite a few Raw superstars will be visiting Smackdown tonight. Tune in at 8/7 ct on Syfy.…
This edition of Raw took place at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This was the night after WrestleMania 29 and this may have been either the most fun, exciting, or bizarre (depending on which way you look at it) Raw in history. WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler has been known for calling Canada “Bizarro Land”, but after seeing this edition of Raw, East Rutherford, New Jersey may very well be “Bizarro Land”. For three straight hours, the crowd chanted the most random things at random times. Some chants were heard for Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, Jerry Lawler, John “Bradshaw” Layfield, the late Randy Savage, and even announcers Michael Cole and Justin Roberts and referee Mike Chioda. The crowd even chanted “We Are Awesome!”. Well, like I said, it just depends on how you look at it. But the chant that truly took over the rest of the night was when the crowd hummed Fandango’s entrance music, even after Raw went off the air. All I can say is that I am sure there are many things that would be an understatement to describe what we heard/witnessed last night on Raw. As for the show …
WWE WrestleMania 29: Undertaker 21-0, Triple H the Wrestler Lives, Alberto Del Rio Retains, and John Cena Gets Redemption
- April 8, 2013
WrestleMania 29 took place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The first match of the night was during the WrestleMania Pre-Show when Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett defended against The Miz. With his mother sitting front row at ringside, The Miz defeated Barrett to become the new champion. Therefore, Wade Barrett still has yet to get his first WrestleMania win. Also, Chris Jericho went one-on-one with Fandango. Fandango entered MetLife Stadium with a gaggle of gorgeous back-up dancers. While Jericho had his finishing submission hold, the Walls of Jericho, locked in, Fandango somehow managed to counter it into roll-up pin to get the 1-2-3 and pull off the upset, as well as get his first WrestleMania win. Also, Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) defended their WWE Tag Team Championships against Mr. Money In the Bank Dolph Ziggler & Big E Langston with AJ Lee in their corner. Similar to what AJ gave Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania last year, AJ gave her beau Dolph a “good luck” kiss at the start of the match. Well, just like last year, the kiss turned out to be anything but good luck because just like Daniel lost last year, Ziggler & …

Things certainly heated up for the road to WrestleMania 29 on this week’s Raw. Both WWE Champion Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his WrestleMania challenger John Cena vowed victory on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Also, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels payed a visit to WWE on this edition of Raw announcing that he will be in WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H’s corner in his match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. It was also announced that the Intercontinental Championship match between champion Wade Barrett and challenger The Miz will take place during the WrestleMania 29 Pre-Show. Also, it was revealed that soon-to-be WWE Hall of Famer Trish Status tweeted that she wants Stephanie McMahon to induct her into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 6, 2013 at Madison Square Garden. Stephanie tweeted that she gladly accepts the honor. Lastly, the show ended with The Undertaker vowing to destroy CM Punk at WrestleMania 29; then, it was the return of The Druids…or so we thought. It turned out to all be a trap when Paul Heyman emerged impersonating the late Paul Bearer. Then, when Undertaker came to attack the phony Druids, CM Punk emerged as one of …
