Royal, unbeknownst to the referee, uses a chain to get the pin and the win to retain his championship and hides the chain under his arm; however, Royal’s former friend, Tony Gunn, comes out and busts Royal with the chain, prompting the ref to restart the match. At one point, The Coalition comes out and attacks Sam Shaw, leading to the disqualification win for Shaw. After other members of the OVW locker room come out to even the odds, during the melee, Shaw gets his head driven into the ring post and suffers some injuries to his head. Hulk then tells Bully that one member of Aces & Eights will end up qualifying by winning a Battle Royal that features only members of Aces & Eights later on in the show. Hulk also announced that next week on Impact Wrestling, it will be Open Fight Night, which allows anybody on the TNA roster to call out anybody and that person is required to fight. Hulk then said that the TNA Fans will get to vote on whether Jeff Hardy or Bobby Roode get …

OVW TV 5-11-13: King Mo Returns, The Coalition Sink to A New Low

In the end, other members of The Coalition come out and gang up on Pridemoore, until Jay Bradley, who was attacked by The Coalition backstage last week on OVW TV, comes out to put a stop to it. Bradley then challenges any two members of The Coalition to a match; OVW Director of Operations Michael Hayes comes out and makes the match official for the main event of the evening. Throughout the night, people had been offering Bradley to be his tag team partner for the match, but Bradley told everybody that he doesn’t want a partner. Eventually, backstage, Hayes tells Bradley that he needs to have a partner or the match won’t happen; Rob Terry then walks in and confirms that he is his partner for the match. OVW TV 4-27-13: The Coalition Continues Its Terror

The show began with The Coalition coming out; conspicuous by his absence was the leader Crimson. Second-In-Command Jason Wayne reminded everybody that OVW is in a state of war. Then, OVW Director of Operations Michael Hayes comes out and tells them that there are a bunch of guys in the locker room that want to get their hands on them. He then had those guys come out; the men that came out were Rob Terry, OVW Television Champion Rockstar Spud, Randy Royal, Tony Gunn, Eddie Diamond, and surprisingly, Jay Bradley. Bradley made it clear that he did not like or care about the other guys that were opposing The Coalition, but he has an issue with The Coalition because he feels that they ruined his opportunity to make a statement. Michael Hayes then decides to make a 12-Man Tag Team Match for the main event of the evening between The Coalition and the six guys from the OVW locker room standing in the ring. Also, while Ryan Howe is getting ready for his tag team match backstage, Heidi Lovelace comes in and tries to tell Howe about the gifts that Taeler Hendrix has been receiving for the past several weeks. …

The show began with TNA World Tag Team Champions Bobby Roode & Austin Aries defending against Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez in a 2-Out-of-3 Falls Match and if Chavo & Hernandez lost, they could never team together again in TNA. The champs jumped their challengers before the match even started. Once the match started, the champs were able to get the easy first fall. Fortunately, Chavo was able to rally back and get the second fall for his team. In the end, the third and final fall went to Chavo & Hernandez, thus becoming the new champions and remaining a team. Also, Joseph Park attempted to use his legal actions as a lawyer to present a marriage annulment for Knockouts Executive Brooke Hogan and her estranged husband TNA World Heavyweight Champion and President of Aces & Eights Bully Ray. However, TNA Television Champion and Aces & Eights member Devon came out and tore up the marriage annulment, advised Joseph not to get involved in the Aces & Eights family business, and knocked out Joseph with a chain. Also, Brooke Hogan informed Joey Ryan that she was disgusted by his actions as Knockouts Referee last week and that he not only has …

OVW TV 3-16-13 Review

The show started out with OVW Director of Operations Michael Hayes booking a tournament to determine the #1 contender to OVW Heavyweight Champion Doug Williams. The four men that were entered in this tournament were Jamin Olivencia, Rob Terry, and Coalition members Crimson and Jason Wayne. The two matches for the first round were Rob Terry vs Crimson and Jamin Olivencia vs Jason Wayne. Crimson advanced to the finals thanks to some assistance from other members of The Coalition and Jamin Olivencia advanced to the finals in his match by defeating Jason Wayne. Therefore, the finals match to determine the #1 contender will be Jamin Olivencia vs Crimson. Also, Rockstar Spud defeated Cliff Compton to become the new OVW Television Champion. I think that Jamin Olivencia will end up winning the tournament and going on to defeat Doug Williams for the championship like he should have the last time.…

He specifically directed it towards Crimson and Jason Wayne since they too are former U.S. Military Servicemen. He informed the two that they would be defending their OVW Southern Tag Team Championship against The Gut Checkers on this edition of OVW TV instead of at the Saturday Night Special. The Gut Checkers ended up regaining the championship from Crimson and Wayne. After the match was over, fellow Coalition members Joe Coleman and Jack Black challenged the new champions for their championship at the Saturday Night Special, which was accepted. Also, Michael Hayes informed Josette Bynum that she would be banned from ringside during the match between Trailer Park Trash and Flash Flanagan at the Saturday Night Special, which was to be TPT’s last match. Lastly, Robbie E made his first-ever appearance at an OVW event end teamed up with OVW Heavyweight Champion Doug Williams to take on the team of Jamin Olivencia and Rob Terry.
