While a lot of people may recognize Sting as one of the greatest wrestling legends of all time, as well as a WWE and IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Famer, what people may not realize is that he never intended to become a wrestler. Sting said himself that it was never his dream to become a wrestler. As a matter of fact, during his IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame speech, he had mentioned that he had not even heard of Hulk Hogan before he got into wrestling. Hulk Hogan was and still is so famous that people don’t necessarily need to be a wrestling fan to know who he is. As crazy as it sounds, this a true story about Sting.
