Rob Van Dam A Free Agent?

I just read from a Facebook post that Rob Van Dam will not be at Impact Wrestling tonight because his contract expired this weekend. While Rob Van Dam and TNA are talking about a new deal, apparently RVD is a free agent at this time. I hope RVD ends up staying.
