Actually Mark Henry has won the WWE World Heavyweight Champion too. So that makes the Rock and Mark Henry. And as for Roger’s answer he is right, Booker T was wwe heavyweight champion in 2006.
Sorry, I was referring to what was once called the WWE Championship, but ever since it was unified with the World Heavyweight Championship, it is now called the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Sorry about the confusion.
