Nelson Frazier, Jr., who wrestled under names like “Mabel”, “Viscera”, and, most recently, “Big Daddy V”, has passed away at age 43 after suffering a massive heart attack. Standing at 6’9” and weighing in at 487 lbs., he was one of the most memorable big men in WWE history, if not wrestling history all together. Despite being one of those big men that never held WWE’s World Championship, I would say he did pretty well for himself during his runs with the company. His achievements included winning the World Tag Team Championship, becoming the 1995 King of the Ring, and winning the Hardcore Championship; he even headlined SummerSlam in 1995 when he went one-on-one with then-WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Diesel, coming up short in the process. Whether Frazier wrestled under a loved or hated persona, the impact that he made in WWE will not soon be forgotten.
