I recently signed up for Global Wrestling Network (GWN), which is an on-demand video library that features content from IMPACT Wrestling, as well as original programming and content from independent and international promotions. One of the great things about GWN is the fact that I can now watch weekly episodes of a show that I could not tune in for in the past, that being Xplosion. After tuning in for the past few weeks, I have discovered that the show features one exclusive weekly match, as well as announcer Josh Mathews talking with an IMPACT Wrestling Superstar every week to find out about the individual both personally and professionally. Also, one classic match from the IMPACT Wrestling library is shown every week and one match from the recent episode of IMPACT Wrestling is shown as well. As far as showing an exclusive match, talking with a Superstar each week and showing a classic match goes, I think all of that is very awesome because the viewers get to find out more about their favorite IMPACT Wrestling Superstars, as well as getting to relive history. Now, my take on one match being shown from the recent episode of IMPACT Wrestling is that I think instead of IMPACT Wrestling doing that on Xplosion, they should just show highlights of the recent episode of IMPACT Wrestling, rather than show a match/segment in its entirety. I think showing highlights is the best way to get viewers caught up on IMPACT Wrestling.
