The show began with Randy Orton and Sheamus as guest stars on The Miz’s talk show, MizTV. The Miz asked Orton and Sheamus about who would be their partner against The Shield at WrestleMania 29. While Randy Orton said that he wanted The Big Show as their partner, Sheamus still wasn’t too sure. Then, The Miz invited Big Show on to the show to give his input on the situation. He said that he knows that Sheamus and Orton don’t trust him and that he doesn’t trust them, but all three men have been victimized by The Shield at one time or another. Then, Smackdown General Manager and soon-to-be WWE Hall of Famer Booker T came out and decided to put the three to the test by booking them in a six-man tag team match for the main event of the night. Their opponents turned out to be 3MB. Orton, Sheamus, and Big Show seemed to be working cohesively throughout the match, until Sheamus tagged himself into the match and got the victory for his team. Big Show took issue with this because he felt that he did all the work and that Sheamus picked up the scraps. In an exclusive WWE Active video, after Smackdown went off the air, Big Show berated and then walked out on Orton and Sheamus. Orton and Sheamus still have yet to find a partner for WrestleMania. I still don’t think Big Show is a trustworthy guy. In other action, Jack Swagger beat Chris Jericho with an assist from Fandango. After the match was over, Fandango then attacked Chris Jericho and left him lying in the ring. I’m envisioning a match for WrestleMania 29 between these two happening.
