There has been much debate about which divas were the ones that started the Divas Revolution. Was it Team Bella (The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie) & Alicia Fox), Team B.A.D. (Naomi, Tamina & Sasha Banks) or the recently-imploded Team PCB (Paige, current WWE Divas Champion Charlotte & Becky Lynch)? The answer to that is none of the above. While the term “Divas Revolution” was not officially coined until this year, the Divas Revolution was started way before the term existed. WWE Hall of Fame women like Alundra Blayze, The Fabulous Moolah, Lita, Mae Young, Sensational Sherri, Sunny, Trish Stratus and Wendi Richter are the ones who truly started the Divas Revolution because let’s face it, without these women, there would be no Divas Revolution.
