There were a lot of firsts, two championship changes with one championship, one betrayal and some controversy that took place at this year’s Money in the Bank event. Below are the moments that I personally think highlighted the event.

  • The Golden Truth (Goldust & R-Truth) finally got their first victory as a tag team by defeating a sun burnt Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango).

  • Not only did Hart & Fire (Natalya & Becky Lynch) get beaten by WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte & Dana Brooke, but Natalya also shocked everybody when she attacked Becky Lynch after the match, thus turning on Becky, as well as The Best Team Ever (Cesaro & Natalya’s husband Tyson Kidd) and turning heel in the process.

  • Apollo Crews got the biggest victory of his career when he defeated former World Champion Sheamus.

  • In a dream match 15 years in the making, AJ Styles defeated John Cena, but unfortunately he had help from fellow Club members Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, despite
